I think that the most effective leader for me is a confident inspirational one who always gives encouragement when I need it. Most of the time I don't always think I can do something that I'm not use to, but when I have someone who isn't afraid and can help me through it as a leader, that is what helps me. I have many different people who are friends and who may just be a minor role in my life who have really helped me, even if i have only known them for a couple of years. I think that confidence and self respect is something that is hard for me to obtain by myself, that is why i use to always surround myself with people who felt really good about themselves. I would never hang out with anyone who felt that it was worthless to try to do something because i got no support from them. I realize now that perhaps I could have maybe helped them by giving them some support and encouraging them, but I didn't really think about it at the time. I had a one track mind and now i have managed to open up and not only surround myself with other confident people, but help make others more confident as well.
